- 1 Hour of scheduled on-site service & support (additional 0.5 hour / extra server)
- 1 Hour of remote maintenance of server and health checkup (additional 0.5 hour / extra server)
- Additional emergency troubleshooting at $75 / hour (normally $150 value)
- Unlimited E-mail support and consulting
Preventive Maintenance of Server & Network Resources:
- Monthly server health report assessments
- 24 / 7 Monitoring of server critical alerts
- Error & event log checkup
- Review & monitor of backup process
- Security & firewall protection
- Server antivirus update
- Microsoft service updates & security patches
- Hard disk monitoring & maintenance
- 3rd party software assistance
- Necessary hardware / software upgrade & repair

- Exchange server queue monitoring
- Managing mailboxes
- Managing the Bad Mail spam folder
